• ✅MUST USE✅: A heavy-duty box with dense cushioning (thick bubble wrap or solid foam).

• 🚫DO NOT USE🚫: Loose packing peanuts.

🚫 DAMAGE POLICY:

• Motors arriving with physical damage due to poor packing are not eligible for repair.

• Damaged motors will be disposed of or shipped back to the customer.

• A refund will be issued minus the shipping cost.

• Resurface the commutator.

• Install new bearings.

• Replace carbon brushes (as needed).

• Perform full internal cleaning & inspection.

• Conduct strict amp-draw and load tests.

• Ensure it runs powerfully and quietly.

• Securely package and ship it back to you!

Standard repair takes 3-5 business days after the motor arrives at our facility.
