Return Conditions
Important Notice: International orders are not eligible for refunds.
Return Window & Eligibility
- Electronic parts have a 15-day return window from the date of delivery.
- All other parts have a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
- Any electronic part that was attempted to be installed is not eligible for a refund.
- All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, unless otherwise specified.
Incorrect Items Received
If you received an incorrect item or wrong model:
- If you purchased a part without consulting with us, you will be subject to a 25% restocking fee after returning.
- If you tried to install the part, no refund will be authorized.
Return Authorization Process
To initiate a return, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN):
- Enter your order number in the text field at the top of this page to begin the return process.
- Complete the online return form with all required details. Our system will then generate a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and email you detailed return instructions.
- Carefully pack the item you're returning and write the RAN clearly on both the inside and outside of the return package.
- Ship your return to the address below. After shipping, use the link provided in your email to submit your tracking number to us.
Important: After your RAN is generated, you must provide the return tracking number within 14 days.
If no tracking information is provided within this timeframe, your return case will be closed and no refund will be issued.
Return Shipping & Requirements
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all accessories, packaging, and documentation.

The RAN must be clearly visible on the outside of the return package.
Shipping Damage Claims
Shipping damage claims must be submitted via email to our support team within 48 hours after receiving your order. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be processed.
Additional Policies
- We aggressively defend against chargebacks and work with collection agencies to collect on our behalf when necessary.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
- The 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount for eligible returns.
Final Note: International orders are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances. All returns must comply with the conditions outlined above.
