At Cardio Equipment Parts, we work to ship orders quickly and safely so you can get the parts you need to keep your cardio equipment running properly. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and handle orders placed through our website.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and the type of part ordered. Some items may require additional handling time, especially larger parts, specialty components, repaired parts, or service related orders.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
Free Shipping
Cardio Equipment Parts offers free shipping to the 48 U.S. states on eligible orders. Free shipping applies to standard shipping only and may not include expedited shipping, oversized items, freight shipments, special handling, or locations outside the standard service area.
If your order requires a different shipping method due to size, weight, destination, or carrier restrictions, we may contact you before shipment.
Shipping Carriers
We may ship orders using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other available shipping providers. The carrier used for your order may depend on the item size, destination, and shipping service selected at checkout.
Delivery Times

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.
