FAQ

Common questions

What types of equipment do you repair?

We specialize in treadmills from all major brands including NordicTrack, Life Fitness, Precor, ProForm, Sole, Cybex, Landice, True Fitness, Vision Fitness, and more. We also service ellipticals and stationary bikes for motor and board repairs.

How do I know which service I need?

Take our free diagnostic quiz above β€” it asks about your specific symptoms and gives you an instant recommendation with estimated cost. You can also email us a description of the problem and we'll help identify the likely cause before you order.

Do I have to ship the whole treadmill?

No β€” you only ship the specific component (drive motor, control board, etc.). We guide you through removal if needed. The parts are much smaller and lighter than the full machine.

What if you can't repair my part?

If a component is beyond repair, we'll contact you before proceeding. We'll discuss replacement options β€” we often have compatible parts in stock β€” and you'll never be charged for work you didn't authorize.

How long does the whole process take?

Once we receive your part, most repairs are completed and shipped back within 5–10 business days. Add ground transit time on both ends β€” most customers have their equipment back within 7–10 days total.

Is there a warranty on repairs?

Yes. Our repairs are backed by a quality guarantee. If you experience an issue directly related to the repair after receiving your part back, contact us and we'll make it right.

Can you help me diagnose the issue before I ship anything?

Absolutely. Email us at info@cardioequipmentparts.com with a description of your symptoms, error codes (if any), your treadmill brand and model, and photos if possible. We'll respond with our assessment β€” at no cost.
