Incline Motors

All Electronic parts have a 15-day return window; all other parts have a 30-day return window.
Any Electronic part that was tried to be installed will not be available for a refund.
If you received an item but it’s the wrong model, here's what happens:

If you purchased a part without consulting with us, you will be subject to a 25% restock fee after returning.
If you tried to install the part, no REFUND will be authorized.

All returns must receive a return authorization number (RAN).

To get RAN, you will need to email us at info@cardioequipmentparts.com.
Once we receive your email, we will require additional information like pictures and possibly some video information.
Once all the information is verified, RAN will be issued.
Then you will need to ship back the part with the RAN number.

Shipping is covered by the buyer.
Shipping Damage Claims must be emailed to us within 48 hours after receiving your order; otherwise, your request will not be processed.
We aggressively defend against charge backs and allow collections agencies to collect on our behalf.
